Summary: | The invention discloses a high-polymer adsorbing material for separating and purifying a vitamin B12 from fermentation liquid, and relates to the technical field of biological medicine extraction. A preparing method of the high-polymer adsorbing material includes the following steps of (1) macroporous adsorption resin preparing; (2) macroporous adsorption resin pretreating; (3) macroporous adsorption resin modifying. The vitamin-B12 adsorbing capacity of the macroporous adsorption resin prepared with the method is 18.5 mg/g or above, efficient desorbing of the vitamin B12 can be achieved after washing is carried out through a 65% methanol solution, the desorption rate is 98.5% or above, the purity of the prepared vitamin B12 is 58% or above, and the macroporous adsorption resin is suitable for separating and purifying the vitamin B12 from the fermentation liquid accordingly.
