Summary:The invention discloses a response-surface-method-optimized extraction process for longan leaf total flavonoids. The extraction process is characterized in that reflux extraction is used, a Box-Behnken response surface design method is used on the basis of single factor experiment results, three factors including ethanol concentration, ethanol use amount and extraction time are used as the response variables, longan leaf total flavonoid yield is used as the response value, polynomial fitting regression is performed on the factors to obtain a regression equation, performing calculation on the regression equation to obtain the optimal extraction process conditions with the ethanol concentration being 53%, the ethanol use amount being 57mL and the reflux time being 83 minutes, and the total flavonoid extraction rate under the conditions is 15.479% which is quite close to a predicted value 15.482%.
