The present invention discloses a cluster switching center group call and incorporating method and a conflict resolving method. The incorporating method comprises the steps that after a group call controller establishes a session C1 of a group A according to a group call request initiated by a user terminal, if a switching center establishes a session C2 of the group A according to the group call request initiated by the user terminal and sends a call request for the group A to the group call controller, the group call controller stores information of the session C2 in a session record information table of the group A, allocates resources to the call request, aggregates media of the session C1 and the session C2, returns incorporation success information to the switching center that sends the call request.
