The invention provides an apparatus for preventing the icing of a throttle valve. The apparatus comprises: an inner member adapted to communicate with a side thereof with an intermediate radiator, and an outer member inserted into an interior of the outer member from one side thereof and to communicate with a throttle body at another side thereof. The outer member includes an outer pipe and is inserted into the outer pipe, an an exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) gas supply part formed on a side surface of the outer pipe, and an ice collection chamber which is a space for projecting downwardly from a lower end of the outer tube.
