A pulverized coal pipeline and a gasifying agent pipeline are coaxially arranged from inside to outside; one end, away from the head of the burner, of the gasifying agent pipeline is connected with the outer side wall of the pulverized coal pipeline in a sealing manner; a pulverized coal air current inlet is formed in the top end of the pulverized coal pipeline; a gasifying agent inlet is formed close to the top end of the gasifying agent pipeline; a cooling water inlet pipe and a cooling water outlet pipe are respectively arranged at two ends of the water-cooled coiled tube; a contraction
