Summary: | The invention discloses a single-particle transient resistance charge pump output circuit in a phase locked loop, which comprises a charge pump output switching tube, a filter, a switching control module and a divider resistance module, wherein the charge pump output switching tube is arranged at an output end of a charger pump so as to switch in an output current of the charge pump; one end of the divider resistance module is respectively connected with the charge pump output switching tube and the switching control module, and the other end of the divider resistance module is respectively connected with a control voltage end and the filter; the charge pump output switching tube is also connected with the filter by the switching control module; and the switching control module switches in a control signal of the charge pump and controls on-off according to the switched-in control signal of the charge pump.
