Summary: | The invention discloses an optimization method for reducing improper fractional slot winding permanent magnet synchronous motor torque pulsation, and through calculation of a single-slot cogging torque phase angle, the numbers of poles of a stator and a rotor are reasonably selected, i.e., during grouping of single-slot cogging torque according to same phase angles, the number of stator slots of each group is the smallest, i.e., the greatest common divisor of the number of slots of the stator and the number of poles of a permanent magnet is 1. The method uses a new thought to select the pole-slot ratio of a motor, so that the cogging torque and torque pulsation of the motor are relatively small. The permanent magnet synchronous motor includes an outer stator, an inner rotor, an armature winding, a permanent magnet and an air gap; the air gap is arranged between the stator and the rotor; the outer stator includes 45 stator slots and a double-layer short-distance armature winding embedded wherein; and the inner |
