The modified plastic is prepared by preparing raw materials, wherein the raw materials include 52% of polypropylene main ingredient, 15% of ingredients, 33% of filler, 0.7% of assistant, and 0.6% of toner; putting the raw materials in a mixer, and feeding the polypropylene main ingredient and then feeding ingredients; feeding assistants and toner later; at last, feeding the filler; when all raw materials are fed into the mixer, setting the mixing time for 30-60 minutes, and forming a mixed material; making the formed mixed material enter a main screw through the screw control, and melting and plasticizing the mixed material; then extruding the mixed material through a head die hole; after cooling, chopping the mixed material by a chopping machine.
