The invention discloses a structural adhesive for honeycomb plate lamination. The structural adhesive comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 80 to 85 parts of HH0802 nano-modified epoxide resin, and 15 to 20 parts of flexibilizer; the component B is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 40 parts of V140 modified polyamide, 20 to 30 parts of polyamide, 1 to 3 parts of coupling agent, and 1 to 2 parts of accelerant; when in use, the component A and the component B are uniformly mixed according to the weight ratio of 100 to (60 to 65) for use. The structural adhesive is excellent in high-and-low temperature resistance, easier to form and construct, and high in performance cost ratio. 本发明公开种蜂窝板复合用结构胶，包括A组分和B组分；其中，A组分包括如下重量份数的组分：HH0802纳米改性环氧树脂80～85份，增韧剂15～20份；B组分包括如下重量份数的组分：V140改性聚酰胺30～40份，聚酰胺20～30份、偶联剂1～3份、促进剂1～2份；使用时，A组分和B组分按重量比100:60～65混合均匀后使用。本结构胶耐高低温性能优异、成型施工较易、性价比高。
