Summary: | The invention provides a preparation method and application of a chiral dihydroflavone compound and derivatives thereof. The preparation method includes: a raw material as shown in formula I is allowed to have asymmetric hydrogen transfer reaction under the catalyzing of a non-noble-metal silicon-hydrogen catalyst to obtain the chiral dihydroflavone compound and derivatives thereof as shown in formula II. The preparation method has the advantages that cheap non-noble-metal silicon-hydrogen catalyst is used, low cost and low influence on environments are achieved, silane is used as the hydrogen source, operation simpleness and safety are achieved, reaction steps are few, raw materials are easy to obtain, reaction conditions are mild, enanioselectivity reaches above 90% and even reaches up to more than 94%, high yield is achieved, the yield can reach above 80%, the enanioselectivity and yield of the product are increased greatly, and the prepared chiral dihydroflavone compound and derivatives thereof are widely |
