Summary: | The invention discloses a device and a method for cutting a carbon fiber composite material under induction of optical fiber pulse laser. The device comprises an X-Y platform and a Z axis, wherein a carbon fiber composite material laminated plate which is clamped through a clamp is arranged on the X-Y platform; an optical fiber pulse laser unit is arranged at one side of a three-axis numerical-control workbench; a laser beam emitted by the optical fiber pulse laser unit is focused on the surface of the carbon fiber composite material laminated plate through a reflecting mirror, a filter and a lens; and an oxygen-containing jet nozzle is arranged below the lens.
