The invention discloses a noise insulation device for an out-hole connecting detonator. The device comprises an outer cover, wherein a sleeve is arranged at the inner side of the outer cover; an arc-shaped fixing plate is arranged around an axis on the inner sidewall of the sleeve; a long groove is formed in a middle axis of the bottom of the outer cover, and a chute is formed in the inner side of the long groove; two fastening plates which are in slide connection with the chute are mounted on the long groove; a rhombic moving rack is arranged between the two fastening plates; a through hole is formed through a moving shaft, without being connected with the corresponding fastening plate, of the rhombic moving rack; a mini bearing is mounted in the through hole, and inner threads are formed in an inner circle of the mini bearing; a screw passes through the inner circle of the mini bearing; a body of the screw penetrates through a cover body of the outer cover and extends out and is movably connected with the t
