Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of beta-2, 6-didehydro-sugar aryl-C-glucoside. The preparation method is characterized in that the method includes steps of taking desoxy-sugar replaced by different protection groups as a donor, and 1-naphthol, 2- naphthol, 4-methoxy-1- naphthol, 5-methoxy-1- naphthol or 1, 5- naphthalene dimethoxy as a receptor; mixing the donor and the receptor at the equivalence ratio of 1: 1.0-5.0; under the mixing, adding acetonitrile, dichloromethane, or 1, 2- dichloroethane; then performing glycosylation reaction under the I2-Et3SiH catalyst system.
