Summary:The invention relates to a piston grind double-groove positioning tooling comprising a servo motor connected to hollow rotating shafts rotatably connected to a protective cover fixed to a base plate, and the other end of the hollow rotating shaft is connected to an active rotating positioning seat; the base plate is also rotatably connected to a driven rotating positioning seat through a bearing, and a piston is fixed between the active rotating positioning seat and the driven rotating positioning seat; a front positioning seat and a rear positioning seat are arranged between the piston and the active rotating positioning seat as well as between the piston and the driven rotating positioning seat respectively, and the active rotating positioning seat and the driven rotating positioning seat are connected to upper clamping blocks, lower positioning blocks and support blocks; the hollow rotating shafts are internally provided with piston sheets, and the hollow rotating shafts at both sides of the piston sheets
