Summary: | The invention discloses a material used for casting an automobile exhaust manifold. The material comprises, by weight percent, 0.30%-0.50% of C, 1.0%-2.5% of Si, smaller than or equal to 2.0% of Mn, smaller than or equal to 0.04% of P, smaller than or equal to 0.03% of S, 24.0%-27.0% of Cr, 10.0%-11.5% of Ni, smaller than or equal to 0.5% of Mo, smaller than or equal to 0.60% of W, 0.6%-0.8% of Nb, smaller than or equal to 0.12% of V, smaller than or equal to 0.25% of Cu and the balance Fe. The material is suitable for being used in an environment with the temperature reaching up to 1100 DEG C and has good high-temperature-resisting performance, the material can be used for replacing a D5S high-nickel material to cast and manufacture the exhaust manifold, and meanwhile the production cost is reduced.
