Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of anode materials of lithium ion batteries and specially discloses a modified anode material with high specific capacity and a preparation method thereof. The modified anode material with high specific capacity is characterized by comprising a core, a first shell layer, a second shell layer and a coating layer from inner to outer, wherein the core is made from LixNiaCobMn1-a-bO2, the first shell layer is made from LiyNicCodMn1-c-dMeO2, the second shell layer is made from LizNifCogMn1-f-gNhO2 and the coating layer is made from B compound. A high-nickel anode material which comprises the core, the first shell layer, the second shell layer and the coating layer from inner to outer is adopted by the invention, so that the high-nickel material structure can be stabilized and the cycle performance can be promoted, and meanwhile, elements are doped into the first shell layer and the second shell layer, so that the material output performance can be promoted.
