Summary: | An embodiment of the invention provides a medical monitoring device and system. An appropriate infusion speed may be set according to a physical condition of a patient. A droplet speed is dynamically controlled by detecting the droplet speed using a first infrared transmitter and a first infrared receiver and comparing the same with a preset interval in a microcontroller. Moreover, an automatic liquid changing operation and an alarm operation are realized by detecting the liquid level using a second infrared transmitter and a second infrared receiver. Furthermore, the medical monitoring device may wirelessly communicate with a terminal device worn by the medical personnel to timely notify the medical personnel of corresponding handling. As a result, an automatic and convenient monitoring process is realized, and the working strength of the medical personnel is reduced.
