A diaper changing platform is provided with a mounting mechanism which has a pad capable of being easily assembled and dissembled, and characterized with excellent durability. The diaper changing platform 1 comprises a changing platform body 10 having an engaging portion and the pad 20 having a to-be-engaged portion that is engaged with the engaging portion and arranged on the changing platform body 10. Besides, one of the engaging portion or the to-be-engaged portion can be a laterally-extended protrusion 26 and the other can be a recession 14 utilized for receiving the protrusion 26.
