Summary: | The invention provides a screening method of culture conditions for a high root yield of multiple shoots of bananas. The method comprises the following steps: determining the optimum enhanced light source wavelength by adjusting the physiological effect of the enhanced light source wavelength on tissue culture seedlings of bananas by employing a single variable method; determining different wavelength light source combinations according to the influence of different wavelength light sources on the tissue culture seedlings of bananas; and determining a basic culture medium reversely by keeping the enhanced light source invariable, wherein at the same time, by introducing the actual root yield of the tissue culture seedlings as a screening criterion, the method is more suitable for commercial industrial production.
