Summary:The invention discloses an Rh/VO2 nano catalyst, wherein Rh atoms are mutually independent and uniformly loaded on the surface of VO2 nanorods. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the Rh/VO2 nano catalyst, wherein the preparation method comprises the steps: uniformly dispersing the VO2 nanorods in deionized water to obtain a mixed liquid A; adding sodium hexachlororhodate solution to the mixed solution A, and mixing uniformly to obtain a mixed solution B; and stirring the mixed solution B for a certain time at room temperature, then washing, and vacuum-drying to obtain the Rh/VO2 nano catalyst. The invention also discloses an application of the Rh/VO2 nano catalyst in reaction of hydrolysis of ammonia borane for hydrogen production.
