The invention relates to a plant light control type promoter and application. The plant light control type promoter contains a nucleotide sequence with a promoter function selected from any one of 1) or 2) or 3): 1) a sequence 1 in a sequence table; 2) a DNA molecule which is hybridized with a DNA segment limited in a sequence 1 under a strict condition and is related with expression of a promoting plant protein; and 3) a DNA molecule which has above 90% of homology with a gene of 1) or 2) and is related with expression of the promoting plant protein.
