The piston (54) is in the radial direction of the torque converter (TC); comb teeth (54a) are arranged at the outside of a cylindrical shaft (12) of the piston (54). The BU plate (56) has an engagement part (56a) engaged with the comb teeth (54a), and rotates together with the cover (1). 本发明提供种锁止离合器用活塞的止转构造,能够在与驱动源连接时不易干涉液力变矩器的盖,并且在成本方面也有利。止转构造(S)具备活塞(54)和BU板(56)。活塞(54)在液力变矩器(TC)的径向,在设置活塞(54)的筒状轴部(12)的外侧的位置具有梳齿(54a)。BU板(56)具有与梳齿(54a)卡合的卡合部(56a),且以与盖(1)起旋转的方式设置。
