The invention relates to a device and method for improving smoothness of a drilled hole wall of a coal seam. Abraded coal slag can be removed while protruded parts of coal bodies around a drilled hole are abraded, and the unsmooth surface of the drilled hole of the coal seam is made to be the smooth surface. If a hole packing is placed in the position of the surface of the drilled hole, good sealing performance is necessarily achieved, and finally improving of the accuracy of measured data of gas pressure of the coal seam, the extraction concentration of gas and the effect of coal seam water injection is achieved. 本发明涉及种提高煤层钻孔孔壁光滑性的装置与方法，可以在磨损钻孔周围煤体突出部位的同时，排除磨损下来的煤渣，将煤层钻孔凹凸不平的表面变成光滑的表面；如果将封孔器放在该位置，必然具有很好的密封性能，并最终提高煤层瓦斯压力测定数据的准确性、瓦斯抽采浓度和煤层注水的效果。
