The invention relates to a full-automatic clothes folding and rolling machine which comprises a rack, a clothes feeding mechanism, a clothes folding mechanism, a clothes rolling mechanism and a clothes collecting mechanism, wherein the clothes feeding mechanism is characterized in that a clothes feeding sliding rod is mounted on a clothes feeding guide rail and can slide along the clothes feeding sliding rod; a clothes fetching hook is connected with the clothes feeding sliding rod through a controllable rotating shaft structure; the bottom end of a clothes conveying device is as high as the rotation end point of the clothes fetching hook; the clothes folding mechanism is characterized in that four pressing plates are arranged at the two ends of a clothes folding plate to control the folding width of clothes; two clothes folding sliding rods are mounted above the clothes folding plate and can slide along clothes folding guide rails to fold clothes; the clothes rolling mechanism is characterized in that two su
