Summary: | The invention relates to a method for quality judgment of mixed molten steel of the previous steel grade and the current different steel grade in a same steel ladle. The technical problem that in the prior art, when the same steel ladle is filled with molten steel of different steel grades alternately in the ultra-low carbon steel and non-ultra-low carbon steel continuous production process, the influence of the molten steel in the previous furnace utilization process on the molten steel in the current ultra-low carbon steel furnace utilization process is difficult to judge is solved. The method comprises the steps that (1) steel is divided into ultra-low carbon steel and non-ultra-low carbon steel according to the weight percentage of the carbon element in the molten steel; (2) the increments delta E of the weight percentages of chemical elements in the steel are calculated; and (3) the quality of the molten steel is judged after the steel ladle is used by the mixed molten steel.
