The preparing process of the TiAl alloy casting piece comprises the steps that a casting piece is subject to hot isostatic pressing, and a protection layer is generated on the surface of the casting piece through hot isostatic pressing, wherein the protection layer is a gamma-TiAl layer. 本发明的目的在于提供种TiAl合金铸件及其制备工艺，其能减少生产工序。其中的TiAl合金铸件的制备工艺包括对铸件进行热等静压，利用所述热等静压在所述铸件的表面自生层保护层，所述保护层为γ-TiAl层。
