Summary: | The invention discloses a method for chemically preparing a pectin oligosaccharide having a molecular weight of 2000-3000 Da. The method comprises the following steps: regulating the pH value of a pectin solution to 9.5-10.5, adding H2O2, and reacting; then regulating the pH value of the reaction solution to be slightly lower than the initial pH value; and finally, adding ethanol to precipitate, washing the precipitate, and drying. According to the invention, the controllable degradation of pectin is realized, and the pectin oligosaccharide having a weight average molecular weight of 2000-3000 Da is prepared, thereby improving the product quality; and tests prove that the pectin oligosaccharide has a better antibacterial activity.
本发明公开了种分子量为2000~3000Da的果胶低聚糖化学制备方法,先将果胶溶液调pH至9.5~10.5,加入HO反应,然后将反应液pH调至略低于初始pH,最后加入乙醇沉淀并对沉淀进行洗涤,干燥后即得。本发明实现了果胶的可控降解,制备出重均分子量为2000~3000Da的果胶低聚糖,从而提高了产品质量,试验证明,该果胶低聚糖具有更好的抑菌活性。 |
