The invention relates to the technical field of a traditional Chinese medical material, in particular to a blettila striata polysaccharide extraction method. The method comprises the following steps of blettila striata gel preparation, decoloration, deproteinization and purification. The blettila striata polysaccharide prepared by the preparation method has the advantages that the purity reaches 90 percent or higher; through reasonable parameter setting, the blettila striata extraction rate is improved by 20.46 to 26.06 percent through being compared with that of a conventional method. 本发明涉及中药材提取技术领域，特别涉及种白芨多糖的提取方法；包括以下步骤：白芨凝胶制备、脱色、去蛋白、提纯；采用本发明的制备方法制备的白芨多糖，其纯度达90％以上，通过合理的参数设置，使得白芨的提取率较于传统方法提升了20.46～26.06％。
