Summary:The invention relates to a comprehensive utilization process for synthesizing methanol from coke oven gas and co-producing liquefied natural gas. The comprehensive utilization process comprises the following steps: performing dust removal, oil removal, desulphurization, decarbonization and dewatering for the coke oven gas, then separating methane by virtue of a deep cooling methane separation system, and adding carbon dioxide from a carbon trapping system into the coke oven gas separated from the deep cooling methane to perform primary methanol synthetic reaction and secondary methanol synthetic reaction.
