The invention provides a preparation method of a grass carp feed containing Chinese herbal medicine. The method comprises the following steps: 1) pretreatment: respectively washing the components in a Chinese herbal medicine composition, drying the components to obtain a dry material; 2) mixing: uniformly mixing the dry material, alfalfa powder, bean cake, rice bran, fish meal, salt, dried persimmon, rapeseed cake, mussel shell powder, feed yeast, wheat flour and zein powder to obtain a mixed material; 3) sieving; 4) spraying; and 5) granulation to obtain the grass carp feed containing the Chinese herbal medicine.
