Modified cation exchange resin is taken as a matrix, and copper is taken as a metal element modifier, and the ion exchange resin catalyst is prepared through a second-order up-temperature impregnation method and a microwave treatment method; the copper in the prepared catalyst occupies 0.5-3 percent of the mass of the catalyst.
