本发明涉及种用于丙烷脱氢制丙烯的催化剂的制备方法,以第Ⅳ族元素金属和第Ⅲ族元素金属组合的双金属为助剂,以铂族元素金属为催化剂脱氢的活性组分,以成型氧化铝为载体。催化剂的制备过程包括:将Sn-Al助剂采用共浸渍法引入氧化铝载体,使Sn在载体中以原子水平更均匀地分散,同时增强Sn与氧化铝载体之间的作用力;然后在含Sn-Al的氧化铝载体上浸渍脱氢活性组分,提高金属-助剂-载体之间的相互作用力;最后进行干燥焙烧、脱氯、浸渍碱金属助剂、浸渍稀盐酸和硫化等后处理最终得到脱氢催化剂。本发明的催化剂可用于低碳烷烃脱氢反应,尤其丙烷脱氢反应,具有活性高,选择性好、催化剂稳定性好等优点,尤其是选择性和稳定性提高明...
