The invention discloses a hydrolyzed and enzymatically-hydrolyzed animal protein feed preparation method. The method includes steps: 1) cooking feed raw materials and hydrolyzing; 2) adopting complex enzymes for enzymolysis of the feed raw materials; 3) after enzymolysis, performing procedures of separating, filtering, concentrating, spray drying and the like to obtain a feed product. The feed preparation method has advantages that feed absorption rate can be remarkably increased, feed nutritive value is increased, various animal derived components and raw materials difficult to use normally are adopted for feed preparation, and accordingly cost reduction is realized, and the method is suitable for large-scale industrial production. 本发明公开了种水解、酶解动物蛋白饲料制备方法，其包括以下步骤：1）对饲料原料进行蒸煮并水解；2）用复合酶对饲料原料进行酶解；3）酶解后进行分离、过滤、浓缩、喷雾干燥等工序，得到饲料产物。该饲料的制备方法可以显著提高饲料的吸收率，提高饲料的营养价值，并且可以利用多种动物源成分，可以利用普通难以利用的原材料制备饲料，降低了成本，适合大规模工业化生产。
