The invention discloses that a PRRT1 gene can be used as a molecular marker for coronary heart disease diagnosis. The research of the invention shows that the mRNA expression level of the PRRT1 gene in blood of a patient with coronary heart disease is obviously reduced in comparison with that of a normal person.
