The invention discloses a spraying metal passivator for a manipulator and a preparation method of the spraying metal passivator. The spraying metal passivator is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 25-30 parts of water-borne acrylic resin, 1-2.5 parts of organic bentonite, 2-4 parts of nanometer silica sol, 18-20 parts of water-soluble polyaniline, 2-5 parts of sodium phytate, 2-3 parts of sodium lignosulphonate, 3-5 parts of sodium metaborate, 1-2 parts of sodium salicylate, 4-7 parts of a silane coupling agent and 70-90 parts of deionized water and is prepared by mixing, heating and stirring the components.
