Summary:The invention relates to a method and a system for automatically detecting defects on a rotating shaft. The invention comprises the following steps: acquiring a vibratory-type signal from the rotating shaft by means of at least one sensor; processing the signal acquired by the sensor by means of a processor, in the time domain and in the frequency domain, obtaining energy measurements of the acquired signal as a result of said processing; comparing the energy measurements with previously established energy norms, in the processor; and finally, determining whether there are any defects on the rotating shaft on the basis of the comparison between the energy measurements and the previously established norms. 本发明涉及种用于自动检测旋转轴中的缺陷的方法和系统。本发明包括以下步骤:借助于至少个传感器从旋转轴获取振动型信号;借助于处理器在时域和频域中处理由传感器获取的信号,获得所获取的信号的能量量度作为所述处理的结果;在处理器内将能量量度与之前建立的能量模式进行比较;以及最后基于能量量度与之前建立的模式之间的比较来确定在旋转轴中是否存在任何缺陷。
