The quasi solid-state electrolyte for the dye-sensitized solar cell is prepared from a three-dimensional net-shaped electrospun polymer fiber membrane, and nano-silicon dioxide and ionic liquid which are loaded on the electrospun polymer fiber membrane; when being used for the dye-sensitized solar cell, the nano-silicon dioxide with a modification effect can be used to remarkably improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency.
