Abstract | The invention discloses a method for quickly measuring content of pseudoprodioscin in dioscorea zingiberensis, and belongs to the technical field of medicines. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a reference substance and an internal standard solution; 2) preparing a test sample solution; and 3) detecting through an HPLC-QqQ-MS, performing scanning in a multi-stage reacting and detecting mode, locking a pseudoprodioscin structure, and calculating the content of pseudoprodioscin through an external standardd promethcess. Ion reactions for quantitative analysis are m/z 1029.3 to 883.1 (pseudoprodioscin), and m/z 469.3 to 425.3 (external standard glycyrrhetinic acid). The method disclosed by the invention is quick, simple and convenient, accurate and good in repeatability, and can be used for controlling quality of a dioscorea zingiberensis extract.
