Summary:The invention relates to a synthesis method of a diaryl imidazole fluorescence probe for glutathione measurement. The diaryl imidazole fluorescence probe is prepared by microwave assisted condensation reaction by taking adjacent diamine and dialdehyde as raw materials and melamine formaledehyde resin loaded sulfuric acid as a catalyst; a synthesized 2,4-diaryl imidazole phenol fluorescent compound is used for detecting active sulfydryl molecules of glutathione in a physiological environment. The method has the advantages that the method is mild in reaction condition, high in synthetic ratio and simple in post-treatment, and the synthesized fluorescent compound is used for detecting the glutathione in the physiological environment to provide an experimental basis of early diagnosis and prevention of relevant diseases by using the characteristic of fluorescence intensity quenching before and after matching of a fluorescent substance and a bivalent copper ion and a phenomenon of 2,4-diaryl imidazole phenol lumin
