Summary: | The invention discloses a method for measuring and calibrating atmospheric transmissivity. According to the method, a stabilizing pilot platform is mounted on an aircraft; an LEG light source capable of emitting light stably and a laser head are arranged on the stabilizing pilot platform; the aircraft is capable of automatically executing a flight task and stably hovering; and a ground measurement device comprises a ground station computer, a two-dimensional tracking platform and a telescope arranged on the two-dimensional tracking platform. According to the method, an atmospheric transmittance and atmospheric attenuation coefficient on a measured path can be calculated by adopting a mathematic processing method for measuring dense sampling on a measured path and comparatively calculating the measurement data, so that influence of calibration error of a target light source and a measurement instrument can be eliminated, and the measurement accuracy of atmospheric transmittance can be improved.
