Summary:The invention discloses a method for measuring and calibrating atmospheric transmissivity. According to the method, a stabilizing pilot platform is mounted on an aircraft; an LEG light source capable of emitting light stably and a laser head are arranged on the stabilizing pilot platform; the aircraft is capable of automatically executing a flight task and stably hovering; and a ground measurement device comprises a ground station computer, a two-dimensional tracking platform and a telescope arranged on the two-dimensional tracking platform.
