Summary:The invention discloses a method for pre-desiliconization of molten iron through a KR method and relates to a method for removing silicon in molten iron. The method comprises the step of adding a desiliconization agent to molten iron in a molten iron tank so as to remove silicon in the molten iron while mechanical stirring is carried out, specifically, the silicon content of the molten iron is 0.7-1.2 wt%. By means of the method, the silicon content of the molten iron in a furnace is stabilized, consumption of slag and steel and iron materials of a converter is reduced, and meanwhile, the purposes of reducing converter splashing and low-cost steelmaking are achieved. 种脱除铁水中硅的方法,本发明公开了种KR法铁水预脱硅的方法,包括在机械搅拌的同时,向铁水罐内的铁水中加入脱硅剂脱除铁水内的硅,所述铁水内硅含量为0.7-1.2wt%。本发明稳定了入炉铁水的硅含量,降低了转炉渣料和钢铁料消耗,同时达到了减少转炉喷溅和低成本炼钢的目的。
