The cool-mixed and cool-spread high-viscosity colored composite emulsion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of petroleum resin; 3 to 10 parts of organic pigments; 5 to 10 parts of a butadiene styrene rubber SBR emulsion; 10 to 15 parts of an EVA emulsion; 4 to 9 parts of a styrene block copolymer (SBS) emulsion; 1 to 6 parts of a modified emulsifier; and 20 to 40 parts of water.
