Summary:The invention provides thermotropic liquid crystal polyester with a stable monomer composition ratio, and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method is characterized in that a monomer is subjected to melt phase polycondensation under a pressure maintaining condition to obtain a prepolymer, and the prepolymer is subjected to solid phase polymerization to obtain the liquid crystal polyester. According to the preparation method, the losses of the monomer in a polymerization process are lowered, and the thermotropic liquid crystal polyester with the stable monomer composition ratio is obtained. The element content of the thermotropic liquid crystal polyester basically keeps consistent with a theoretical content through elemental assay determination, and the monomer composition ratio is basically kept constant. 本发明提供了种单体组成比例稳定的热致性液晶聚酯及其制备方法和应用。该制备方法将单体在保压的条件下熔融缩聚制备得到预聚物,预聚物经固相聚合后得到液晶聚酯。本制备方法降低了单体在聚合过程中的损失,获得单体组成比例稳定的热致性液晶聚酯。所述热致性液晶聚酯经元素分析测定,元素含量与理论含量基本保持致,单体组成比例基本保持不变。
