Summary: | The invention discloses a sand fixation method based on magnesium oxychloride cement as a binder. The sand fixation method based on the magnesium oxychloride cement as the binder is characterized by comprising the following steps of preparing a magnesium chloride solution of which the baume degree is 15-32Be' from bischofite (MgCl2.6H2O) and water (H2O); mixing the obtained magnesium oxide, filler and magnesium chloride at the ratio in parts by weight of 1:(1-30):(1-7) to form a magnesium oxychloride cement-based sand mixture; and stacking the obtained magnesium oxychloride cement-based sand mixture on a sand dune to form a sand bank, thereby playing sand defense and solidification roles. The sand fixation method based on the magnesium oxychloride cement as the binder is low in cost, environment-friendly, stable in performance, high in anti-wind erosion ability and convenient to construct, and has wide application prospect in desert control engineering.
