The invention provides a stirring system for a biogas feed. The stirring system comprises a manure collecting pool; a manhole cover is arranged on the upper end of the manure collecting pool; a vertical mixer is arranged in the center of the manure collecting pool and comprises a driving mechanism, a mixer shaft and a stirring impeller; the driving mechanism is fixedly arranged on the manhole cover; the upper end of the mixer shaft is fixedly connected with the output shaft of the driving mechanism, and the lower end of the mixer shaft passes through the manhole cover and extends into the bottom of the manure collecting pool; the stirring impeller is fixedly arranged on the lower end of the mixer shaft; a submersible pump is mounted on the bottom of the manure collecting pool; and a submersible pump discharge pipe is connected with a biogas fermentation tank via a pipeline.
