Summary: | The invention discloses a novel extraction method for preparing high-purity aluminum chloride. According to the novel extraction method disclosed by the invention, iron impurities in an aluminum chloride solution are extracted by utilizing an extracting agent N,N,N',N'-tetraoctyl-3-oxa-pentanediamide, and the extraction effect is good; the novel extraction method can be used for extracting high-content iron and trace iron impurities in the aluminum chloride solution, and the extraction is approximately complete; the extraction efficiency on Ca<2+> and Zn<2+> in the aluminum chloride solution is good; reverse extraction and recycling are carried out on organic phase after extraction, and reutilization of the extracting agent can be realized.
