Summary:The invention provides a machining method for blind grooves in aircraft parts. A machining feeding route method combining side milling and plunge milling is adopted, most of the machining allowance is removed through milling by the aid of a cutter side edge firstly, machining of groove bottom planes is completed, and then machining forming is performed in the plunge milling manner. With the machining method, the machining precision of the blind grooves is improved, the technical problems of low blind groove position precision, poor groove bottom surface roughness and large cutter loss caused by the conventional machining method are solved, meanwhile, the vibrating phenomena of the cutter and workpieces in the machining process are reduced, and the service life of the cutter is prolonged. 本发明提供了种对航空零部件中的盲槽的加工方法,采用种侧铣和插铣相结合的加工走刀路线方法,先用刀具侧刃铣削,去除大部分加工余量,完成对槽底平面的加工,再用插铣方式加工成形。采用本发明所述的加工方法,提高了盲槽加工精度,避免了使用常规加工方法带来的盲槽位置精度低、槽底面粗糙度不良、刀具损耗大的技术问题,同时减少了在加工过程中,刀具和工件的震动现象,提高了刀具使用寿命。
