The invention relates to a method for preparing sludge-based biochar doped with livestock and poultry excrement. The method includes air-drying municipal sludge and the livestock and poultry excrement respectively, drying the air-dried sludge and the air-dried livestock and poultry excrement in a drying oven at 105 DEG C to reach a constant weight, and crushing the dried municipal sludge and the dried livestock and poultry excrement to reach the particle size of 4-8 mm; sufficiently mixing the municipal sludge with the livestock and poultry excrement prior to grinding, and screening the power mixture by a 200-mesh screen; pyrolyzing the screened powder mixture in a muffle roaster and cooling so as to obtain a pyrolyzed product; subjecting the pyrolyzed product to immersion cleaning with hydrochloric acid, soaking the cleaned pyrolyzed product in deionized water for 20 minutes prior to filtration, repeating for 5 times, and drying a filtered product in the drying oven at 105 DEG C to reach a constant weight so
