The invention discloses a neutralizer of a phenol mixtalol disinfectant, which comprises a neutralizer A for quantitative gonite killing testing, and a neutralizer B for quantitative pathogenic fungus killing testing, wherein the neutralizer A comprises lecithin, tween-80, sodium thiosulfate, histidine, tryptone and sodium chloride; and the neutralizer B comprises glycine, sodium thiosulfate, tween-80, lecithin, anhydrous sodium hydrogen phosphate and monopotassium phosphate.
