The invention relates to an artificial cultivation method of coral segmentation propagation. The method comprises the following steps: 1) binding a small section of cut coral body on a substratum to perform stage artificial cultivation; 2) respectively feeding the first stage compound liquid bait at the seventh, the 14th and the 21st day; 3) feeding the second stage compound liquid bait at the 24th, the 28th, the 31st, and the 35th day; 4) feeding the third stage compound liquid bait and the living bait rotifer at the 51st, the 55th, the 59th, the 63rd, the 67th and the 70th; and 5) feeding the fourth stage compound liquid bait and the living bait rotifer at the 74th, the 78th, the 82th, the 86th, the 90th, the 94th, the 98th, the 102nd, the 106th, and the 110th day.
